Comes in two different types
There
are two different types of such beads and these are core shell and embedding
type. The embedding type of magnetic silica beads is prepared while embedding
silica nano particles with the magnetic nano particles. And the core shell type
is formed while applying a layer of magnetic particles on the silica core so
that it can get coated properly. Magnetic silica microspheres are also able to form a link with the other functional
groups.
